I founded Horizons Recruitment in May of 2003, having been in the IT placement business in the
Boston area since 1986.
Experience matters. My recruiter partners and I are all placement industry veterans with ten or more
years working in the high tech job market here in New England. Deep contacts, combined with a
thorough understanding of both business and technical requirements, set us apart from other
recruiting firms.
Our mission is to identify, recruit, and place candidates to are qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic
about the position to be filled. We are looking for the right match, not necessarily the quickest, every
