- Full understanding of DNS,
WINS, TCP/IP, and DHCP, and
LAN protocols.
- Excellent communication
skills and a commitment to
quality service to end-users.
- Outstanding interpersonal,
problem solving and analytical

- Experience with thin client
hardware and software.
